Thanks to Lurdes:
Postcard from Belém Palace in Lisbon, Portugal.
The Palace, located in Belém, Lisbon once the palace of kings, is today a national monument and the headquarters of the Presidency of the Republic. Called "the leoneiras" in the eighteenth century, seems to have the lion as its emblem - a symbol that combines solar Wisdom to Power. A green flag with the coat of arms - the presidential standard - is hoisted on the palace indicating the presence of the President in Belém.
